Purchasing Goods
Reflex Wales Ltd reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases and to change price and availability information without notice. Reflex Wales also reserves the right to decline orders at any time.
All prices are correct at the time of publishing.
International Orders
Reflex Wales Ltd accepts no liability for any additional charges levied by the government of the recipient country. By placing an order on our website the customer acknowledges the recipient accepts liability for any charges applied by their government (including, but not limited to taxes, duties, holding fees).
Reflex Wales Ltd has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and are subject to change. Reflex Wales Ltd would advise each customer to contact their local customs office for further information prior to placing any order.
Furthermore, Reflex Wales Ltd will also not be liable for any further costs incurred as a result of customers refusing to pay the applicable customs charges and will charge accordingly for any charges incurred by Reflex Wales Ltd as a result of the recipient’s refusal to pay the applicable charge levied by Customs.
Customers outside the UK should be aware Reflex Wales Ltd will take payment in Sterling any conversion shown on the website is purely a guide calculated at that days exchange rate, however your bank or card issuer may not offer the same rate. Reflex Wales Ltd will not be liable for any further charges your card issuer may levy.
Multiple Promotions
Please note that any promotions/offers on the website cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts. Promotions/offers on one of the Reflex Wales Ltd websites will only usually apply to that particular website.
Payment
All payments are taken by Credit/Debit Cards by CARDSAVE. You will be redirected onto a secure page on their website to enter your card details. Once complete you will be returned to our website. Reflex Wales Ltd does not store any payment details for its customers.
Returns Policy
Products supplied by Reflex Wales Ltd are from official sources and are covered by the normal manufacturers warranty. You can return any item within 10 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size/colour/item. This excludes special order/ bespoke/personalised items, such as embroidery, engraving, banner, printing and team kits.
All items returned must be unused and in their original condition, including all packaging. Goods will be inspected on return prior to exchange or refund. The goods are your responsibility until they are received by Reflex Wales Ltd. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
We do not offer a free returns service. We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. All refunds will be for merchandise only we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error.
If you wish to return goods for exchange or refunds, you can either send the goods back using their original packaging with a courier of your choice. Please understand that we do not accept COD’s or packages marked “Bill Recipient” and please keep the receipt or tracking number of your returned package in the event it is delayed or lost in transit.
We strongly advise that you use a recorded method of carriage to return the goods to us (check which is appropriate with carrier). We cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit on the way back to us.
Personalised Items
Reflex Wales Ltd regret that once an order containing personalised items has been validated it cannot be changed or cancelled, this includes all printing and embroidery.
All Personalised Items cannot be returned unless deemed to have a genuine fault of manufacture

All links are provided for your convenience only. Reflex Wales Ltd will endeavour to ensure that this website is fully operational at all times. However we cannot guarantee that the website will be fault free. Reflex Wales Ltd reserves its right to restrict, suspend or terminate your use of this website or any of our services at any time if we believe, in our absolute discretion, that you have breached these Terms and Conditions.

Our Customer Service Team are available 6 days a week, from 9am until 5pm weekdays, 9am until 4pm Saturdays not on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Please allow 3-5 working days for us to respond to website comments and emails.
